She is a post graduate from MDI, Gurgaon and a graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University. Rashmi heads Human Resource of IIFL Home Finance Ltd. And is a core member of ESG committee, and ICC member of POSH and Disciplinary Matters.

worked with Habitat Housing Finance Ltd. and Marvel Vinyls in the capacity of Company Secretary. At present,
he is the Head – Compliance at IIFL Home Finance Ltd.
