Mr. Sumit Jhunjhunwala is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Bachelor in Commerce from Calcutta University. He has 20+ years of diverse functional experience in Fund Raising, Treasury Management, Capital Market, process excellence, MIS, Investment return and regulatory Compliance. He is also an innovative and result-oriented business leader focused on achieving exceptional results in a highly competitive environment. During his stint in Poonawalla Fincorp he has front ended the treasury transformation from Magma to Poonawalla and rating from AA- to AAA. In Srei, he had developed Capital Market and Retail liability vertical for the company. He has also served for ICICI Bank, Spandana Sphooty and Airtel Ltd among others.

Dr. Lokesh Goyal leads teams at IIFL Home Finance Ltd, specializing in real estate valuations, green building consulting, and the IIFLONEHOME digital auction platform for property disposals and auctions. With 24+ years of experience across sectors like infrastructure, hospitality, residential, and commercial, he holds an Honorary Doctorate in Real Estate Management, an MBA in Finance, and a Master’s in Real Estate Valuation. His expertise spans feasibility studies, consulting, valuation, project financing, stressed asset resolutions, and legal proceedings, particularly in property disposals and arbitration disputes. He is a qualified valuer with the IBBI in the Land & Building asset class, a Registered Valuer with DJFRVO, a Certified Chartered Valuation Surveyor, a Certified Assessor, and a qualified Arbitrator with RICS India. Dr. Lokesh has previously held key roles at Religare Finvest, Magma Housing, ICICI Bank, and CBRE, where he led internal valuation teams.
