Mr. Girish Kousgi

Chairman & Non-Executive Director

Mr. Girish Kousgi is a seasoned leader in the financial sector with nearly three decades of diverse experience across banking and finance. He has deep understanding of managing assets and liabilities and expertise in mortgage, retail lending, SME and Agri business. He has dealt with broad suite of financial products like home loans, business loans, LAP, personal loans, mortgages, deposits, retail, rural products, etc. and consistently demonstrated strategic acumen in managing sales, product development, credit underwriting, risk, and operations. He has held senior leadership positions at several reputed institutions including MD & CEO of PNB Housing Finance Limited and Can Fin Homes Limited along with key roles at Tata Capital Financial Services Limited, IDFC Bank Limited, and ICICI Bank Limited. 

Mr. Ajay Sachdewa

Non-Executive Director

Mr. Ajay Sachdewa brings with him over 26 years of extensive experience in housing finance and banking, with proven expertise in distribution, transformation, marketing, business development, and strategic leadership. He has previously held senior leadership roles across reputed institutions. He served as Head – Distribution & Transformation, Home Loans at Axis Bank, and earlier as Head – Marketing, Business Development & Distribution at HDFC Ltd. He also held the position of Chief Executive Officer at HDFC Sales Private Limited, where he successfully led large-scale business growth and customer engagement initiatives. His earlier contributions as National Head – Marketing at HDFC Ltd. and as Regional Head – Dubai & GCC were instrumental in driving international market expansion and customer acquisition. 

Mr. Tushar Kotecha

Non-Executive Director

Mr. Tushar Kotecha is a distinguished finance professional with over 25 years of rich and diverse experience spanning financial strategy, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, treasury operations, and digital transformation. He has held several senior leadership roles, including Group CFO at WeRize – Wortgage Technologies, CFO at Edelweiss Housing Finance, and Aditya Birla Housing Finance Limited. He has also served in pivotal roles at Aditya Birla Capital, where he played a key role in driving business expansion, optimizing operational costs, and leading capital-raising initiatives across debt and equity markets. 

Mr. Kotecha is widely recognized for his strategic foresight and operational excellence. He has been instrumental in strengthening financial controls, enhancing organizational profitability, and establishing robust governance and risk management frameworks. His leadership has also been central to preparing organizations for IPO readiness and enabling sustainable growth in dynamic regulatory environments. 

He is a Chartered Accountant, B Com and has done Senior Management Program from IIM Ahmedabad.

Ms. Aarti Marwaha

Non-Executive Director

She is a seasoned HR professional with over two decades of varied experience and academically honoured by Former President of India Lt. APJ Abdul Kalam, has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at IIFL Home Finance. Aarti has excelled in managing talent and driving strategic initiatives throughout her career. With nearly 2+ decades of diversified experience, she has worked across Retail/ QSR, NBFC, and Telecommunications; she brings in deep expertise in human capital strategy, talent management, leadership hiring, diversity programs, and large-scale organisation development.

With a mindset of agility and resilience, she has collaborated with industry stalwarts, serving as a strategic partner, employee sponsor, and change mentor. Her strengths include influencing business leaders for organisational synergy and effective business partnering. Known for her ability to influence leaders, coach and mentor teams, and align people-first strategies with business outcomes, Aarti has consistently strengthened organisational effectiveness and culture. Her contributions extend to championing diversity programs and implementing complex, large-scale system changes is worth appreciating.
